Hands-On Science in Year 2: Classifying Materials

At the start of this year, our Year 2 students have been working on classifying materials, grouping objects by their properties, and discussing why they belong together.
Through hands-on activities, they are learning to observe carefully, compare materials, and use simple scientific vocabulary to explain their thinking. A solid foundation for future science learning.
