Bringing the European Union into our classroom!

Our Year 6 students had the opportunity to welcome a European Parliamentary Assistant, who gave them a fascinating insight into how the European Union works, its institutions and their roles.
Through this engaging talk, our students gained a better understanding of how decisions are made at European level and how the EU influences our everyday lives.
A fantastic opportunity to bring learning beyond the textbooks and encourage our students to become informed and active European citizens!
